At Flippers, we’re passionate about handcrafting the perfect pizza using time-honored artisan methods and 100% natural ingredients. Our dough is made fresh daily using extra virgin olive oil and unbleached artisan flour. We use fresh-packed California tomatoes and 100% Wisconsin whole milk mozzarella – aged to perfection, never frozen. We top our pizzas with all-natural meats, hand-picked spices, fresh-cut produce, and in-house roasted vegetables. Baked at 600 degrees in our brick oven, Flippers is pizza perfected.
