Restaurant & Rum Bar (9101 International Dr.) is launching an
exciting new weekend Tropical Beats Brunch Sept. 30. Tropical Beats Brunch,
Saturdays and Sundays, noon to 4 p.m., will kick up the daytime energy at
Pointe Orlando for locals and tourists alike with a new menu, daytime DJ,
“Celebration Extravaganza” Dessert Parades, bottomless brunch pitchers, and
Mimosa Bottle Service.
Cuba Libre’s new brunch menu features a Cuban twist on brunch favorites and
the most popular selections from the dinner menu. Guests are invited to dine
inside the tropical dining room or outside on the patio and try flavorful
Cuban-inspired brunch specialties, including savory dishes like the Huevos
Benedict - smoked salmon, avocado, poached eggs, hollandaise, red onion,
and crispy capers over toasted brioche with breakfast potatoes - and One
Eyed Ropa Vieja Hash - beef brisket with tomatoes, peppers, and onions over
potato, yuca, maduro and corn breakfast hash, which is topped with a fried egg
and Cuba Libre hot sauce. Sweet lovers will enjoy dishes such as the Cafe
Con Leche French Toast - coffee and milk-soaked brioche bread with cinnamon
sugar, toasted coconut, dark rum-molasses syrup, and fresh whipped cream - and
the Banana Crispy Waffle - a warm buttermilk waffle with sliced bananas
in rum syrup, fresh whipped cream, and chocolate shavings. The french toast and
