In celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month,
Sept. 15 to Oct. 15, Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar
invites guests to savor two irresistible special offers of traditional pork
dishes:
During this year’s
celebration, guests ordering Cuba Libre’s Cuban Pork Feast for Two ($74)
will receive two complimentary classic Cuban desserts. Evoking a classic family
pig roast, the shareable dish brings pork to the table in three delicious ways:
Lechon Asado (citrus-marinated, slow-roasted shredded pork shoulder with zesty
onion-caper mojo), tender guava BBQ baby back ribs, and Chino-Cubano glazed
grilled pork belly. The shareable feast also includes maduros, grilled citrus
fruits, white rice, and black beans, and is presented on a custom-made tabletop
terracotta pig grill. As part of this special offer, guests can choose two free
desserts from Cuba Libre’s Classics:
Arroz con Leche, Cuban Flan, and Tres Leches.
An off-the-menu entree
of a full rack of baby back Guava BBQ Ribs ($28) will offer exceptional
value during the month-long celebration, topped with a vibrant green papaya,
tomato, and citrus slaw, and served with crispy yuca fries.
National Hispanic
Heritage Month pays tribute to the generations of Hispanic Americans who have
positively influenced and enriched our nation and society.
