Your guide to Magical Dining Month on International Drive

International Drive is known for being the place to go to indulge in a variety of world class dining destinations that offer both authentic dishes from around the world and perfected options of all of our classic favorites!

 

For the month of September, we’re celebrating all that makes dining on International Drive magical with Orlando’s Magical Dining month; an event sponsored by American Express! This event is all about celebrating Orlando’s amazing culinary scene and allows visitors to indulge in a three course, prix fixe dinner for just $35.00 at select participating restaurants. Throughout the entire month, Visit Orlando will be donating one dollar from each prix fixe to Best Buds and the Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida.

 

We’ve put together a guide to make sure you get the most out of your dining experience on I-Drive during Magical Dining Month, no matter where your taste buds take you!

 

 

A savory and succulent combination, there are a plethora of participating International Drive restaurants whose specialty is just this! Take to Urban Tide, The Oceanaire Seafood Room, The Grill, and Sharks Underwater Grill for menu items filled with fresh seafood that will have your mouth watering in no time. Looking to enjoy the perfect cut of meat from a steakhouse? Texas de Brazil, Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse and Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse are all participating in this year’s Magical Dining Month! Or maybe Filet Mignon is exactly what will hit the spot, A Land Remembered, The Capital Grille, Everglades, and Jack’s Place will all be offering a tender filet on their choice of entrees, among various other seasonally inspired dishes that will no doubt impress.

 

 

There’s no doubt that Japanese cuisine is a top option when deciding where to eat on I-Drive; and during Magical Dining Month, this remains true. Sirloin, scallops, filet mignon, chicken, shrimp, fried-rice, sushi and so much more! Whatever your favorite part of Japanese cuisine is, you’ll find it and more at participating restaurants: Benihana, Kobe Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse and Shogun Japanese Steak House; all of which are serving up your favorite dishes cooked to order by a highly skilled chef!

 

 

What’s your favorite part of Italian cuisine? Just kidding, you don’t have to answer that, we all know you can’t just choose one thing! Italian food is full of bold flavors and old fashion recipes that have been perfected over generations – so if you are hoping to enjoy some of the best Italian food that Orlando has to offer, at an unbelievable price, Magical Dining Month is your perfect opportunity. Cala Bella located inside of Rosen Shingle Creek embodies the true spirit of classic Italian and Mediterranean dishes and have quite a three course, prix fixe menu planned, just for you! Ciao Italia Ristorante will also be participating in Orlando’s Magical Dining Month, serving guests with true Italian cuisine, paired with a stylish and serene dining atmosphere! Vincenzo Cucina Italiana will be serving up a well-diversified Italian menu using only the freshest local ingredients. And finally, Mama Della’s Ristorante on Universal CityWalk will be putting in work to prepare statements in Italian cuisine, like veal cutlet parmesan, calamari fritti and lasagna!

Take a trip to South America and experience the various flavors and delicacies that reside in the areas found within, when you visit Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar and Mango’s Tropical Café’ Orlando. Both known for serving up the best Latin cuisine in Orlando, you’ll also be in for a real treat when you step inside these restaurants as each provides a special atmosphere that makes you really feel like you’re in South America, from the decorations, ambiance, and music – it will truly be a dining experience! If you’re looking for something truly authentic, take to Amatista Cookhouse where you’ll be met with homemade empanadas, street tacos, and more! If Asian and Pacific cuisine is a top pick for you, Maihana Asian Cuisine has a three course, prix fixe menu that will surely excite you, with everything from tuna tataki, to miso sea bass, and even fried ice cream! Finally, we all know that the fresher the better, and Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant does fresh like no one else! Serving up American fare on a menu that is seasonally inspired– get ready for a pallet of flavors that will leave your mouth watering! Each entrée is perfectly combined with award-winning, hand crafted wines – plus the restaurant houses one of the country’s largest wine clubs!
